Pardalis® Continues International Spread Of Patent Protection
STILLWATER, Okla. — Pardalis, Inc., has announced further filings for international patent protection of its pending U.S. continuation patent application entitled Common Point Authoring System for Tracking and Authenticating Objects in a Distribution Chain. The filings announced are in response to a number of national phase deadlines established by the European Union, China, Canada, Australia, Brazil and five other countries. The applied-for international patents are part of an ongoing process by Pardalis to expand protection of its U.S. patented Common Point Authoring™ (CPA) System under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). The CPA System may be characterized as a neutral ‘Internet data bank’ for the sharing of reliable, traceable information along product distribution chains where such sharing is otherwise non-existent or poorly coordinated.
